Reduced-fee therapy sessions for Mental Health Awareness Month

Starting therapy can feel like a big step - emotionally, practically, and financially. Sometimes people are curious about therapy but unsure whether it will feel helpful, whether they’ll click with the therapist, or whether they’re “ready” for it.

For Mental Health Awareness Month, I’m offering a limited number of reduced-fee first sessions. The idea is simply to make it a bit easier for people to try a first session and get a feel for the process without quite as much pressure.

I offer both in-person sessions in Trinity, Edinburgh (currently on Tuesdays and for women only) and online sessions across the UK.

I specialise in supporting people with ADHD, or those wondering whether they might have it, in navigating challenges such as burnout, low self-esteem, and relationship challenges.

I also work with anxiety in any form - whether it's health anxiety, fear of death, relationship worries, sleep anxiety, or everyday stress that just won't let up.

My approach is collaborative, practical, and grounded in current psychotherapy research, but also warm and human. Therapy with me is usually a mix of exploring what’s going on underneath and finding concrete ways to move forward.

You’re also very welcome to book a free 15-minute consultation call before arranging a first session. The point of the call is just to see whether we might be a good fit to work together and to give you a chance to ask questions before committing to anything.
